CLASSES
All you need is water, a mat, blanket and you
We work in a step by step manner, taking time to loosen the body with different jattis before moving into more physical work. Every class explores different Kriyas (movement with the breath), Asanas (static physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques.
These traditional Hatha Yoga classes focus on balancing the energy within us, ridding ourselves of the negative and grounding the body. Creating a wonderful awareness of the 'Self'.
Everyone and every body can 'do' Yoga. Start your journey today and discover a happier, stronger you!

Yoga Workshops
Monthly Pranayama & Relaxation
Focus on the breath & enhance your awareness of Prana.
These practices enable us to strengthen our practices towards Pratyahara. A withdrawal from the senses, not sense withdrawal! Pratyahara gives us the skill to transcend the bondage of the mind controlling us, liberation as we learn to control our mind!
One day we might sit in meditation but for now let's work toward it.
Different relaxation techniques will be shared from the Gitananda Parampara.
What a wonderful way to recharge and be ready for the month ahead.
